Location: Vienna Salary: € 2000 - €2400 + 10 Kpi bonus I am working with a very cool Lifestyle hotel group located in Vienna and they are looking for a hands on Head Of Services / Assistant Hotel Manager to join their team. As a Assistant Hotel Manager / Head of Service Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a hotel. Your role would involve coordinating and supervising various departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and delivering a high-quality guest experience. You also have strong hands on experience in Events and F&BHere are some key responsibilities and tasks you might be expected to handle: Staff Management: Overseeing the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of hotel staff across departments like front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, etc. Guest Relations: Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing guest complaints or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Financial Management: Managing the hotel's budget, analyzing financial reports, and making cost-effective decisions to improve profitability. Operations Oversight: Supervising the day-to-day operations of different departments to ensure they are running efficiently and in compliance with hotel policies and standards. Monitoring incoming goods and quality of goods Check SOE and collateral inventories Perform monthly stock take and overall oversight Monitoring compliance with HACCP and other legal requirements Sales and Marketing: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel, increase occupancy rates, and drive revenue. Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality throughout the hotel. Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing hotel inventory, including supplies, equipment, and amenities. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards,.
