Accounts Assistant – UK Hospitality Group Role: Accountants Assistant FTC – 6 months Location: Central London Salary: £24,000 - £26,000Reporting into: Finance Director We are working with a prestigious, Private members establishment based in Central London, providing business and relaxation space for entrepreneurs and business leaders. They provide Business lounges, meeting rooms, restaurants and bars for individuals to conduct business and for clients lookings for a more permanent fixture. Job Responsibilities: Daily revenue check and inputting the data. Purchase ledger duties – coding and processing invoices on Sage 50, prepare payments runs twice a month Debtors – Chasing members on daily basis. Bank reconciliation Preparing and sending monthly resident statements and chasing payments. Respond to members queries on daily basis. Ad hoc activities The successful candidate: Self-motivator with good communication skills, both written and spoken. Attention to details.
