Hi! My name is Brownie and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 3 month old, female, Border Collie Mix who is eager for a new home! I am super sweet, but I can be a little shy with new people and fast movements due to my traumatic history. I am a blank canvas that is ready to learn a whole bunch of new things in a good home. I will need potty training and I will need to learn some basic doggy manners too. My ideal home would be best with older kids due to having a trauma history and abuse with younger kids when I was found tied to a vehicle with my mom and siblings. Interested in meeting me? When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Transfer of animals may be available between our Santa Maria and Santa Barbara Campuses. If an animal you would like to meet is at the campus further away from you, just let us know when you email, and we will be in touch with you if a transfer is available.
