Bruno_A199199Bruno is a 2-year-old, intact male, fawn and white Boxer mix that weighs 64 pounds. He was surrendered by his former family on 10/03/19 due to a landlord issue.Bruno lived with his former family all his life and they shared with us that he is an indoor dog that is crate trained and house trained. He`s good being left alone for up to 8 hours per day. He walks well on the leash and knows the sit, stay and shake commands. Bruno previously lived with older, dog-savvy children and could do so again as long as they are respectful. He very much prefers to be with his people as much as possible and prefers women over men. We found Bruno to be a high energy, delightful boy that loves to play. He`s highly treat-motivated and you can get him to do just about anything with a spoonful of peanut butter. Bruno has been the only pet in the home; he DOES NOT like cats and should not go into a home that has any. If you have another dog and are interested in adopting Bruno, bring them to the shelter with you and our staff will help you with a meet and greet.
