It breaks my heart, however I am offering a fantastic and beautiful Rickenbacker 360/12 that I bought 4 months ago in Feburary. These are extremely special and unique guitars and there is NOTHING that seems like a Rick 12 string. NOTHING. Roger McGuin and many others have played these infants. the guitar I am selling has no scratches and there are no troubles. The neck is straight as an arrow(per Rickenbacker specifications with 0 relief) and low action. Again this guitar was purchased in feburary after I recieved my tax return. I now require to offer it due to some monetary issues. The specifications of this guitar can be discovered online. This one is a natural finish with beautiful maple looking tonewood. These more recent Rick "used" guitars on Ebay made use of are choosing about 1800. It is a reasonable cost given that this brand-new expenses 2200.00. This guitar can do Byrds all day. Tom Petty and of course the late and wonderful George Harrison. I like Les Pauls and Strats but these Ricks are in a league of their own. They are different and so distinct and the quality nd craftsmenship of this instrument is not gone beyond. Of course, it is US made. To sweeten the pot, I am offering the Janglebox compressor with this guitar considering that I acquired it for this guitar. Let me describe the Janglebox if you have no idea what it is. In the 1960's, The Byrds/Beatles when playing their Ricks had them greatly compressed on the console tube compressors. These compressors drew out the chime and jangle. This sound can be heard on Mr. Tamborine Man and Turn. Turn, Turn. The JangleBox was made for the Rick to provide it the sound of those old consoles and this does that effectively. extremely extremely well. It is sensational to hear with a Rick. When the Rick is heavily compressed and it will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up, it has a bright switch that acts as a treble boost. If you have ever heard The Beatles song "If I Needed Someone" from Rubber Soul, it is THAT noise to the T. This cost me 220.00. I did not pump up the price of the guitar to make it appear that this is free. 1800.00 for both of these is a large amount. The JangleBox is not simply for the Rick, it has a "normal" mode that functions as an exceptional compressor for any guitar. The "intense" mode is no doubt for the Rick. there are plenty of YouTube videos of both of these in action. My lousy pictures do not do this beautiful guitar justice. I can not imagine finding a deal such as this with a relativley new Rick 360/12 with a JangleBox for 1800.00 ... let me know if you are interested in trying this guitar out. You will certainly be blown away with the noise into the JangleBox. It is jangle and chime heaven. These are really special guiatrs. No trades. please don't request trades. only money.
