The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of sophisticated estate planning solutions and have a strong track record of drafting estate planning documents. This position requires strong academic credentials, exceptional written and communication skills, and membership in the State Bar of California.Duties:Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.Provide legal advice and guidance on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies.Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure clients' objectives are met.Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current with relevant laws and regulations.Represent clients in estate and trust litigation, if necessary.Manage a caseload and maintain accurate and organized legal records.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trusts and estates.Extensive experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to the State Bar of California is mandatory.Preferred: Experience working in a large law firm.Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.Skills:Proficiency in drafting complex estate planning documents.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal cases.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Knowledge of California estate and tax laws.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team.
