(Courtesy Posting) A "Diamond in the Ruff"! Diamond is a hurricane Katrina survivor. Homeless, lost she ended up in a home. But, unfortunately, Diamond did not fall into a good home situation. Moving forward Diamond ended up with a kind hearted, caring person over the last several months and with the help of the volunteers at Lifelong Friends she has blossomed into a healthy and vibrant dog! Diamond is free of heartworms. Diamond runs and plays. Diamond needs to be in a "Only Dog Home." Her favorite hobby is chasing lizards!Diamond needs a loving, caring family. She needs a active household. A 6ft privacy fence of her own so she can run and chase lizards. No cats since she is somewhat of a hunter. Diamond needs a dog savvy owner with a good vet history. She is the perfect indoor dog. She is housebroken and does not chew things up. She loves her stuffed animal toys! Approved applications can be considered for a trial run of up to two weeks.
