Starting pay will be up to $26/hour - Competitive salary with bonus incentives After three months you will receive our great Health/Dental benefits package Industry training and certifications - REAL opportunities to advance Opportunity to provide extraordinary care, serving people in their time of need Although experience is preferred, training will be provided to the right candidate What you will be doing: Contents Restoration Technicians pack, clean and unpack damaged furniture, household items, documents and artwork for residential and commercial clients. Also assist in cleaning job-sites, completing necessary paperwork and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse where cleaning production takes place. Our idea of a good candidate for Contents Restoration Technician: You are positive, youthful in nature and friendly You possess excellent customer service skills You have strong written and verbal communication abilities You have a valid BC Driver's Licence You are available for on-call work (overtime rates) IICRC Certification would also be an asset You are also able to pass a background check as it relates to employment Main Duties Pack and protect and customers contents Clean smoke residue from contents and structure Follow procedures for cleaning structure and contents, and handling customers possessions Keep the job-site clean at the end of the day Organize and remove all cleaning tools and supplies from the property Follow warehouse procedures for cleaning, handling and storing contents Repack contents after they have.
