No storage is available, but totes are allowed under your RV. Pets under 20 lbs. only, with management approval. We are located at 17911 W Big Lake Blvd in Mount Vernon, 15 minutes from I-5. No unlawful detainee filings, etc. Screening through Intellirent: $30 per adult. 6-month lease, security deposit and first/last month’s rent due on signing.
