This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette is a split-window coupe finished in Ermine White. The car was refinished twenty years ago, the interior has been redone in black, and power comes from a numbers-matching 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Other features include turbine-style wheels, whitewall tires, power brakes, and a radio. The Corvette featured a split rear window on the coupe for a single model year, and this example was delivered new in Ermine White (936). The car is said to have been refinished approximately twenty year ago, and the paintwork and exterior trim are shown up close in the photo gallery below.Turbine-style wheels are mounted with Goodyear Integrity whitewall tires.The interior was redone with black upholstery and carpeting around the time of the repaint. The center stack houses driver switchgear along with an analog clock and a vertically mounted radio.A three-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, and four auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 18k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.The 327ci V8 received a replacement fuel pump under current ownership, and the fluids were changed prior to the seller's acquisition. In preparation for the sale the fuel was drained and replaced.The engine-pad stamping reads 3120683, the final digits of which match the end of the car's chassis number. The RE stamping on the right side of the pad is consistent with a 327ci V8 rated for 340 horsepower in a 1963 Corvette with a manual transmission.
