1971 Mercedes 280SL, 2.8 Liter 6-Cylinder, Automatic, Power Steering, Disc Brakes, Factory AC. This is a true, one owner, California car with zero rust and much supporting documents. This is the last and most desirable year of the 113. Body is super straight and has been lovingly maintained and has never been in an accident. Front fenders are original with notches. All fenders, floors, gaps and quarter panels are all original. Engine is original and all #'s match. Both tops are in excellent condition. Interior, dash, door panels and all carpets are near flawless. The car has been painted one time in original color. With the exception of the paint, this is an un-restored car with no hidden secrets like most restoration. Previous owner was an 84 year old Doctor who could no longer get in and out of the car. The car runs perfectly. It fires right up and pulls willingly through all gears. It does not get hot and has the distinctive engine hum that can only be a 280SL.
