It was available only in a 2-door body style until 1981, after which a 4-door became available, but 2 doors were manufactured until January 1994.Our 1978 Range Rover Classic took two years with hundreds of working hours to make a full nut to bolt restoration to original specs:-Complete overhaul: 3.5L V8 engine, Zenith Stromberg carburetors and 4 speed gearbox. Has run less than 1,000 miles.-Complete chassis to body (interior and exterior) paint job.-New suspension and brakes: shocks, springs, discs, pumps, pads, seals, hoses and bushings.-New: head lights, tail lights, interior lights, emblems, tires, weatherstrips, upholstery, headliner, carpet set, mirrors and accesories.
