Its Black Cadillac Time!!! Cadillac was restyled and re-engineered for its second generation of automobiles long and low was now the theme across the American car market. Cadillac's bold grill and long elegant profile appealed to the market and led to record sales. A Minor face lift was re-designed for 62&63 a vast equipment list of interior appointment list was now available and offered 143 options. Upgrading the car still, Cadillac for 1964 had subtle styling changes made to refine last of its second Generation Cadillac's but most importantly was an upgrade to the motor with a 429/340hp V8 offered, coupled to the new Turbo-Hydramtic Automatic this made smoother shifting and overall smoother driving . The end of its second gen was also the end of a 17 year consecutive run of Tailfins. This 1964 is a one year only fin and the last. Sales of the 1964 Deville surpassed 110,000 units accounting for nearly 2/3rds of Cadillac production, Today many believe this year the 1964 Cadillac is one of the best and most desirable. This 1964 Cadillac comes to us form a local collector and the vehicle has resided with him in his Garage kept collection for several years. The vehicle has been a dependable and first choice cruiser for him but sadly its time to go. The vehicle has undergone a comprehensive restoration and includes many newly rebuilt and maintained components as well as upgrading the AC system to R134. The vehicle is loaded with options and includes Power Steering and Brakes, 8 way power seats, Power windows, Air Conditioning, and am radio. The exterior paint is Deep, Beautiful and in Great condition. Chrome trim is all good, interior is comfortable and needs nothing. The vehicle runs and drives excellent. This is a very well sorted personal car of one of our best clients.
