1964 FordGalaxie427 R Code425 h.p.For sale by a private owner is this original 427/425 h.p. R code Ford Galaxie with the 4-speed top loader transmission and 4.11:1 9” Ford Posi-traction rear. The engine is a period correct 1964 427 Center Oiler with the low riser intake manifold and Holley 650 cfm carburetors. The current owner purchased the car 5 years ago shortly after the car had a total frame-off restoration. The new owner was so particular, he switched out the '67 vintage 427 side oiler in favor of this totally rebuilt '64 unit. Engine only has 100 miles on since completion. You will not be disappointed with this car and its performance. Owner selling for personal reasons.Documentation and photos of build included.SPECIFICATIONSENGINE:New and totally rebuilt 1964 427 Center Oiler. Block was decked and align honed, rotating assembly was balanced.
