1997 Everett Morrison Cobra Replica: There are several manufactures out there who Shelby has granted permission to use the "Shelby Cobra" name on their builds. Some are horrible, some are good, and a few are outstanding! Everett Morrison replicas are among the very best available and anyone with a true eye for detail knows exactly why they have such an outstanding reputation. The Cobra offered here today is no "kit car". It is an authentic replica of Shelby's 1965/1966 Cobra with subtle modern upgrades that make it enjoyable to own and drive. This Cobra was originally owned and painted by PPG (yes, the auto paint company). It sat indoors on display in their Michigan headquarters for several years as a testament to their paint quality. The Cobra was later purchased by the most recent owner and moved it to his home in TX. To say it was overly cared for is an understatement. The TX owner kept the Cobra in it's own temperature and humidity controlled garage bay. It was always serviced by the best shop in town, and it was driven periodically to keep everything fresh. As you can guess, this EM Cobra is as pristine and showroom new as one you could buy new at almost twice the cost. Additional features and options include; 351-HO SVO Windsor (405hp), 780 cfm Holley Carb, 5 Speed Tremec, 3:08 rear axle, Jet Coated Headers, Corvette Suspension, VDO Gauges, 4pt Lap & Shoulder Belts, 4" Urethane Coated Tubular Chassis, 4 Wheel Disc Brakes, Power Steering, PPG Centennial Silver Paint, 15" Halibrand Wheels, and New Cooper Cobra Radial GT Tires! Custom touches include an AM/FM/CD stereo, Kicker 6x9s (2), and a Custom Woodgrain Wheel that belonged on a $1M+ Chris Craft. This Cobra is mechanically and cosmetically perfect!
