We are the 4th owners, purchased for a restoration project. Would value well over $6,000! Our loss is your gain. Finish this baby out and double its value easy! Or use as is to live/travel in. Clean title, 4th owner (previous 3 did not use that often). Current tags til 2013 Rear bathroom, middle bedroom model. We built bunk beds in the room for our kids this summer. Can be removed with ease. Painted white inside - leave as is or add color (needs to some touch up paint) New laminate flooring Original Magic Chef stove Wired for propane or electric refrigerator Original cooktop Working AC 3 interior skylight windows All original bathroom All propane lines work fine, no leaks. 2 propane tanks installed Tires & axle in good condition (if planning to travel with this trailer tires probably need to be replaced. Ok to move as is) View Picture Album Here Has 1 good size dent in the back of trailer Exterior needs mirror polish - in great condition for a '71 w/out a lot of major dings/marks Reverse/brake lights need to be repaired Electric trailer jack doesnt work. Manual jack works fine Toilet flush valve works but is stuck Needs new awning We will be replacing the water heater unit and water pump before selling. Selling to the first $3995 cash in hand buyer.
