This 1957 GMC is a 3/4-ton, 150-series long-bed pickup that was acquired by the seller in 2019 as a project and has since been refurbished. Work is said to have included a repaint in red, a refresh of the interior and brakes, a replacement wiring harness, and an overhaul and overbore of the 270ci inline-six. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a NAPCO dual-range transfer case, and additional equipment includes a Spicer PTO, a Ramsay winch, a wood-slat bed floor, a heater, locking front hubs, twin fuel tanks, 17.5″ steel wheels, and a wrap-around rear bumper. The body has been repainted red with a white grille and bumpers under current ownership. Details include a stained pine wood bed floor, an 8k-pound Ramsay winch run off a Spicer PTO box, a trailer hitch ball mount, dual fuel tanks, and chrome trailer mirrors. Rust is noted on the inner and outer cab corners per the seller. A spare hood is included in the sale, along with two spare PTO boxes.Black powder coated 17.5″ steel wheels wear white hubcaps and 8×17.5″ 215/85 tires installed during current ownership. A spare is mounted under the bed and a second is located behind the cab. The truck is equipped with a NAPCO 4×4 conversion consisting of a Spicer T23 transfer case, a NAPCO front axle, and Selectro locking front hubs.
