In fact, the build was completed about 6700 miles ago, so its clean, smooth, and only shows a few signs of ever hitting the road. So its one you can drive and show with pride. And as you look over the full coupe you can see a very thoughtful build. The frame and axles can be seen from multiple angles, and so they are color-matched in metallic green. The wheels have the right stagger to give this an awesome stance, and while they utilize modern sizes to git modern tires, you still have classic salt-flat style alloys. Theres even custom tan pinstriping that looks subtle against the green while also coordinating with everything from the valve covers to the interior. The suicide doors of the coupe open wide so everyone can get a good look inside. The exteriors green returns as an accent. It draws your attention to the smooth dash, custom center stack, and cool door panels with ostrich insert. But the main color here now is a tasteful tan. In fact, the tan seems to highlight some of the best comforts with details like the German-style square-weave carpeting, a fully furnished pass-through trunk, and the velour on the contoured seat. There are also modern amenities like power windows and provisions for an upgraded stereo (it may need servicing.) Since this was restored to be more comfortable, it was also made a better driver. This now has an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock RPM intake, and Dougs shorty headers. There are also good supporting components, like the Optima red top battery in the trunk, an HEI distributor, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. It fires up with a wicked growl, but any time you really want to bring the thunder, a toggle switch opens up the electric cutouts for some serious thunder. The undercarriage photos show an ultra-clean presentation showcasing suspension upgrades like four-link rear suspension with coilovers. Plus, you have a three-speed automatic transmission and the superior stopping power of Wilwood four-wheel power disc brakes that makes for a great total cruiser.
