1966 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK 4-SPEED TRANS., POWER STEERING, POWERDISC BRAKES This 1966 Mustang is exceptionally clean. Looking downboth sides-it is straight! It has nice fitment and finish, no rustor damage. It looks spectacular in its original color, code 5Silver Frost. The paint is nice, smooth and has a glossy finish.The weather stripping and door seals have been replaced along withthe mirrors, door handles, front and rear bumpers, tail lightbezels. All of the stainless trim looks to be new! This little ponyrides on a set of GT wheels that are wrapped in BFG T/A radialtires! The engine bay is nicely detailed with a 289 ci V-8 enginethat has been completely rebuilt and has a few performanceupgrades. Upgrades include: 4 barrel Holley carburetor, Cobrafinned aluminum valve covers and a chrome air cleaner. It alsofeatures power steering, a newer radiator and shocks. All of thewiring is neat. The engine bay has a nice satin black finish. Thered Deluxe Pony interior looks amazing and very complimentary tothe Silver Frost exterior. It has molded door panels, carpet,headliner and seat upholstery that all look new. There is theoptional 4-speed console sitting in between the bucket seats. Thedash area looks amazing with its wood grain inserts and wood rimmedsteering wheel. The dash pad is in excellent condition. The lensesare clear. It has a factory AM radio with an 8-track player. All ofthe interior lights work as they should and the back seat evenfolds down! The undercarriage is exceptionally clean as well. Thefront end steering and suspension components have been gonethrough. The front and rear shocks have been replaced. The bottomof the motor is clean as well as the 4-speed transmission. There isa newer dual exhaust system with the correct GT exhaust tipsrunning through the rear valance. It has front disc brakes. Thefloor is solid and all clean metal. The trunk compartment is verysolid and detailed with a trunk mat, spare tire and jackingassembly. This is one very nice Pony that will definitely make youthe Stallion of the herd!
