This 1962 Chevrolet 95 Rampside Pickup comes in a Desert Sand and Brown two-tone finish with a matching cloth interior. The Corvair 95 Rampside pickups are hard to find, with only 4102 examples produced in 1962. The paint has a great shine, and imperfections are invisible to the naked eye. The Chrome and stainless trim shine bright with only minor scuffs and dings. All the glass is clear. The bed is in good shape. The tailgate and the side ramp fold down easily. Under the rear engine cover is a 145 CID horizontal 6-cylinder engine paired with the optional 4-speed synchro-mesh manual transmission. The undercarriage is solid, with no corrosion to the floors or chassis. Inside shows a cluster of original instrumentation and original bench seat. Upgrades include a small tachometer that helps track engine performance and a retrofit stereo head unit nicely replaces the original radio. This Corvair starts right up and idles smoothly, and the manual transmission shifts smoothly while on the road. With the low production number, these trucks are hard to find and desirable, making them a must-have for your collection.
