Completely stripped to bare frame, everything removed. Frame steam cleaned multiple times, primer, painted with Rustoleum satin black. New polyurethane motor mounts, transmission mounts. Complete super lift 4 inch lift kit with new shocks, drop Pitman arm, installed with some leafs removed for 2 inch lift. All hardware removed, sandblasted and painted. All body components removed. Completely rebuilt NP208 transfer case, all new seals, bearings, gaskets. 727 transmission rebuilt by Mile High Transmission Colorado. Shift kit installed. Lock up torque converter rebuilt by Branting industries. Rear Axle: all new bearings, seals, painted. Both axles filled with synthetic gear oil. Rear drum brakes completely sandblasted, rebuilt and detailed. New stainless steel brake flex lights installed. Completely rebuilt/replaced all brake components. New master cylinder, new J 20 dual diaphragm brake booster, new front calipers, rotors turned. New proportioning valve. All lines brake, fuel, fence wire brushed and cleared. All new ball joints, tie rod ends, adjustment sleeves front end aligned. Worn locking hubs completely rebuilt. New front axle driveshaft U-joints installed. New front axle bearings and seals. New U joints on both drive shafts. Driveshaft sandblasted, painted. New double cardan yoke/u-joints. Driver side lower rear 1/4 panel replaced with steel, welded. Lower rear back fender flare replaced with original steel flares. Steel repair smooth with lead. No other rust on body. Minor dents removed. Interior body panels treated with POR - 15. Body sanded, sandblasted. Entire body sprayed with epoxy primer. Sprayed with 2K urethane primer/servicer, blocked all panels, re-sprayed, re-blocked, three times. Rubberized undercoating on all applicable services. Doors, tailgate, hood and all panels gapped and aligned. Bronco power mirrors fitted, driver door power switch. Interior and roof lined with four boxes of Eastwood Thermalcousticbarrier. Aluminum wrapped bubble insulation on top of Thermalcoustic barrier. Final painting by Don Diltz of painted dreams, Elizabeth Colorado. Acrylic urethane with clearcoat.CJ5 Laredo decals custom paint accents and pinstriping. Color sanded and polished. Hood liner hood installation. All exterior SS trim removed and polished. Aluminum bumper stripped, sanded and polished. Instrument cluster and gauges removed, soda blasted, paintedAmmeter remove, voltmeter installed in stock location. All wiring removed, cleaned and redone. 1996 Jeep Cherokee power distributor 7/relay box installed for additional relays and circuits. Additional relays, fusible links, circuit breaker. 160 amp alternator installed. Roof clearance running lights installed with relays. Rear brake/trailer relay box removed, cleaned, inspected for operation. New heater core. Heater core box clearance for headers/fiberglass. Air vents cleaned. Cowel air intake screen added. Gas tank cleaned - new filter sock installed. Gas tank steel surround rust treated, painted with POR Dash 15. 2 new gas tank vents installed.Engine:1977 AMC 401 completely rebuilt/balanced by spitfire automotive. Steel crank turned .010, block board .030, new pistons, block zero-decked for piston depth, 9.1:1 compression ratio, heads planned, all new SS engine bolt, and oil pan studs new pistons, rods reconditioned, new rockers, new custom pushrods, heads recondition, new valves, seals.Engine dyno tested, 420 ft lbs torque at 3000 RPM, 338 hp at 4900 RPM.Comp cams Extreme energy XE262H cam and lifters. New double row timing chain. New professional products harmonic balancer. Bulltear timing cover.Bulltear HD oil pump assembly with HRC upgrade. Edelbrock performer aluminum intake. Holley aluminum Street avenger 670 CFM carburetor. Bulltear HEI distributor. Rotating assembly balanced including flex plate. PowerMaster gear and high torque gear reduction starter. Flowcooler aluminum water pump. New Carter fuel pump. Taylor 9 mm ignition wires and boots. All new hoses, all new vacuum lines, new hose clamps. Rebuilt power steering pump, new hoses, additional filter. Insulating heat shield on all fuel and transmission lines in engine compartment. Doug Thorley Tri-Y ceramic coated headers.Doug Thorley complete SS 3 inch exhaust system, including us us magna flow muffler and cat. BJ's off-road aluminum four row radiator. Ford contour/mystique dual electric fans. Flex-a-lite variable speed electric fan controller Air conditioning - new Sanden type compressor. Certified conversion to R Dash 134 refrigerant. New manually switched pusher fan mounted to condenser.Vintage Ansen slotted mags - Glass beaded, clear coated on back and coves, polished.
