Hi, We have owned this van for almost 5 years, it was purchased as a van which we then converted, It is registered on the V5 as a Motor Caravan. It was previously a Lex Leasing van with a service print out and looked like it was only used for light work looking at the condition, the vehicle has covered 143,229 miles, which may go up if the sun comes out, the van drives very well, very smooth, no bumps or bangs and will cruise nicely. It is the LWB Sportive version so has extra floor space, AC, Electric Windows and mirrors. The reason for sale is we are looking to purchase a motorhome. The van has professionally fitted opening side windows and fixed rear windows. It has been insulated and ply boarded, which is covered with stretch carpet, this carpet has also been used to trim the rear load doors and the side loading door so the full interior is covered. A 12volt and 240volt mains hook up is fitted, the cabinets were professionally made and fitted along with the contrasting grey Rock and Roll bed. The twin passenger seat has been fitted with a swivel base, this was purchased from a manufacturer and fitted. It has a twin burner Dometic cooker and sink fitted along with a Waeco Coolmatic CRX50 fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a split charger with the vehicle although not connected up as not been required. In the last couple of years the van has had a new battery and starter fitted, also whilst the front was stripped off the gain access to the starter I fitted and alternator, tensioner and belt, new radiator and condensor, the van also had a clutch replacement. Also included in the sale is the Turismo XLS- Drive away awning which includes an additional double bedroom so in total can sleep 4 with the awning inc. shown in the images. The van also has a Fiamma F45s wind out awning and is MOT'd until end December 2023. Happy to do bank transfer, vehicle will be released once funds cleared. Any questions please feel free to ask.
