The pitch is fully serviced, including: electric, water and drainage (paid for until 31/12/2023). This has been a great caravan. Alas, I don't use it anymore so it has to go and let someone else enjoy it. Features: The pics say it all really, but here goes: 4 berth 2012 model. Motor mover with full remote control. Large air awning with pump, carpet, pegs, curtains (see photos). 4 poled canopy (in case you don't want to put the awning up) - see photo. Double gas oven (oven & separate grill) 4 burner hob - 1 x electric, 3 x gas. Heating, including duct heating. Lighting. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle, basin with mixer tap and WC with electric push-button flush. 4 berth - front settees fold down with a pull out frame to form a double bed. Dinette to rear which converts to a single bed, bunk bed above. I've taken out the bunk bed, but it comes with the caravan if you wish to re-fit it. Nice modern kitchen with round sink and mixer tap. Built-in, eye-level microwave. JVC 32" Freeview TV. Radio/CD Powered antenna. Ample plug sockets. Lots of overhead storage cupboards. Skylights. Pots, pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Kettle & toaster. New leisure battery. 2 x 6kg gas bottles (not sure how full). Cadac grill, which connects directly to the caravan gas outlet. Electric Hook Up (EHU) cable (quite long). 2 x Aquaroll water butts. Included is a stop bird for permanent water supply which connects to the mains tap and a water butt. No more filling up! 1 x waste water container. NO DAMP! Bad bits: The strong winds took the bathroom and kitchen skylights off. I've fitted them back on and they don't leak. I've also bought a new one which is ready to fit. I went there last weekend and the hot water doesn't seem to heat up. Maybe a fuse? This caravan is ready to tour. Or, if you don't want to tour, the.
