I am selling my excellent condition Alvarez acoustic guitar, including original hard shell case, Shubb capo, and LockOn Q-circuit tuner. The condition is nearly flawless given a few nicks. The underside of the neck shows little to no signs of wear and has a nice semi-matte finish to facilitate fluid hand movement. It is what is considered a "concert style" body - not to be confused with classical. The body is slightly smaller and more hourglass-shaped than the typical dreadnought body style. I've had this wonderful guitar for nearly 6 years. I'm not an everyday player, so it doesn't have a lot of wear. This also means it is still fresh and able to absorb your own unique sound. It has a few small nicks on the body. One on the front is visible but very small. Spruce top. Mahogany back and sides. Rosewood fret board with a single pearloid inlay at the 12th fret.
