THIS IS A COMPLETE SET WITH THE QUALITY ROLLING CART THE APPLICATION CHART'S, THREE SETS OF FINGER PINS ALONG WITH THE FOUR PLATES COVERING THE MAJORITY OF ALL VEHICLES FROM AMERICAN & IMPORTS TO 8 LUG TRUCK WHEELS. THESE PLATES ARE GOLD ANODIZED TO MAKE THEM EASYIER TO READ AND PROTECT AGAINST RUST. This system includes the Rolling Cart Organizer, two sets of 8 Finger Pins different length, one set of 5 Finger Pins, the complete set of 4 Addaptor Plates 1,2,3&4, Application Chart and Instructions. This is a brand new system and has never been used. The pictures are not actual they are used just to show the Rolling Cart (as the one in the box has never been assembled).
