READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE CONTACTING... Looking for someone who will blend nicely into our home. The house is technically considered Anaheim due to city zoning, but it's really Buena Park. Major cross street's are La Palma Ave and Dale. We're super close to Buena Park Mall, shops, etc, and these homes are tucked away at the end of a cul de sac where Dale Ave dead ends. Location is where the 5 and 91fwy meet behind Boiserranc Park. This Park has baseball fields, a pool, summer music concerts, and basketball, tennis and racquetball courts. There is walking access into the park from these homes for residents who live in this track. It's an end unit house, so it's location is ideal. Right behind us is a very large grass area that's secluded. You can set up volleyball, play freesbee, read a book, have a picnic, or for doing whatever. We've uploaded a video to show you the area which is tucked away behind us. It's a really peacefully and quaint bonus area. It's really great if you need some down time, just want to get some fresh air, and especially for students who need a quiet place to study. So as far as the house, it's pretty peaceful. The vibe is casual and friendly. For the most part we all keep to ourselves, have our own individual lives and interests, but we are courteous, friendly, and respectful to one another. The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. We keep a place that's welcoming and stress free. Just be aware that this is not the right fit for anyone looking to have a party, hang outs, for having sleepovers, or bringing random people in and out of the house. It's not that type of environment here. This is a family home and we are desiring a person with a good/ pleasant demeanor, good character, and decent morals. We have no tolerance policy for violence, criminals, or aggressive personality types. No drinkers, substance abuse, smoking, vapor, pot, or vices are permitted here. The ideal candidate is someone who has minimal kitchen needs, and works outside of the home, has a full schedule, and is responsible with a pleasant attitude. If you don't have a friendly nature, you want no association of any kind with your other housemates, or you can't carry a conversation without cussing, then this is not the place for you. For those that are quiet and shy that's totally okay, but we are not looking for someone who doesn't care about how they carry themselves. We desire someone who's self aware and polite, who on occasion can be personable. If you want absolutely no interaction with us, then this is not the right fit for you. We're not looking to occupy anyone's time, but we also don't want to become uncomfortable around a tenant who can't even say hello. Come on? We're gonna be living together, so good vibes are important. Additional info: As per the room is an 10 x 10 in size and is NOT FURNISHED. As per the kitchen access, light kitchen use is okay. You will be provided a shelf in the frig, have use of the microwave, dishes etc, but we are seeking someone who doesn't require a great amount of kitchen use at this time. There is also a nice private community pool that you can use anytime (7 days a week)to spend time with family and friends. There is also laundry on home premises that is included with all utilities. So, if you live an honest upright life, are respectful of the property and space of others, who is clean because that's just who you really are, then we think you'll be happy here. DO NOT CALL.
