I'd love to hear a bit about you. * If serious about room I will message you a list of basic rental questions before we make contact to view the room. *AVAILABLE (June. 1 2024)- Lower Crystal Falls *MONTH TO MONTH Room *$40 non refundable background/ credit check Fee. I will accept previous background/credit checks. Must be dated within 30 days. * Single Occupancy, No overnighters or guests. *Woodstove heat only. * Xfinity internet Wi-Fi only. * No smoking allowed anywhere on property, 420 ok outside in designated area only. Occasional light drinking is ok. *Possible limited laundry access (located in my walk-in closet area), Laundry access only when I'm home. You would also have to use a unscented/fragrance free type of laundry soap due to my skin condition. I have an approved list. No bleach, softeners or dryer sheets. * Shared living room, kitchen, shower, huge deck & front yard. No access to lower part of home or back yard. *No garbage service, outside trash can provided. You must haul out your garbage to dump every week due to critters. *There will be a basic rental agreement with a move in/out walk through with terms of occupancy. *SORRY, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. * 1 indoor/outdoor cat resides here *3 bdrm. 1.5 bath. currently 1 housemate (Me) * Furniture would include a Twin daybed or a Intex 22" Queen Comfort Plush High-rise Durabeam Airbed Mattress with Built-In Pump. You supply your own blankets, pillows and sheets. I have a comforter. Night stand, dresser, table lamp, floor lamp and a wood chair. * First $675 + last $675 month's rent + $250 refundable security deposit. *1/2 (HALF) of utilities = * (May-Sept)@ $106.25 * (Oct-Apr) @$161.25 mo. This will vary depending on changing rates and usage- PGE@ $40 mo., TUD @$41.25 mo., Xfinity Internet Wi-Fi @$15mo., Propane @$10 mo. Wood @55 mo. Oct-Apr. *$40 non refundable background/ credit check Fee. *Total move in cost $1,640.00 CASH ONLY. You will receive a receipt for all rent & utilities for tax purposes when paid. *Rent due on or before the first of the month. CASH ONLY. *No personal check, no cashier checks, no money orders, no online payments. *I will prorate rent & utilities if you move in anytime before the first of the month. Rents & utilities are due on or before the first of the month. * Must have/obtain a renters insurance policy or sign a tenant insurance waiver. * Proof of income required. Must have monthly income 2 x rent amount. * References & employment verification required. * Off street parking for 1 vehicle only. It must be registered & insured. Month to Month Large upstairs, unfurnished/furnished room (218 sq ft) 15'1" x 14'.5" with large closet (65.5 sq ft) 5'1" x 13' 9.5" running the length of the room. Open beam 12 foot chalet style ceiling with a 10/12 pitch & ceiling fan w lights. Largest room in the house. It can easily fit a king size bed, loveseat or small couch, chairs & dresser. You'll have your own lock & key for your room & the front door. There is no extra storage available other than bedroom closet and 1/2 bath cupboards. You'll only need to clean/pick up after yourself & keep your room clean. Shared shower only on the main level bathroom, 1/2 bath upstairs next to your room might be shared on occasion. You must supply all your own bathroom essentials. I will clean the bathrooms & rest of the house. Please try to use fragrance free/natural products. I don't expect you to change all your personal products, Just try to keep the fragrance on you & your clothes to minimum. I'm fragrance/chemical sensitive & make all my own cleaning & personal products. *I have a grey water set up that goes to the yard from the laundry & bath tub. * I compost & recycle. *You'll be responsible for your own garbage & recycling. Outside Garbage Can supplied. *Kitchen access -stove , microwave, convection/ toaster oven & hotplate. hand wash dishes. *No use of any other specialty appliances. *Limited refrigerator space as I cook/make everything from scratch and the counter depth fridge is usually pretty full. I also dehydrate, pressure can. wild forage & ferment. *If you have your own mini fridge you are welcome to put that in your room. It must have a drip/leak pan underneath. *No shared food. You must have all your own kitchen essentials. *Pots, pans, dishes & storage containers w lids will be supplied. *You'll have a cupboard shelf to store your things. * There is a large deck If you have a BBQ. *You'll also have the use of 2 lakes, gym, tennis & basketball courts, community garden, horseback riding in summer, Clubhouse rental at the lower lake for get togethers with kitchen, bathrooms, BBQ & outside stage after you sign the terms of use paperwork with the HOA. It's a very nice & usually quiet neighborhood. We have lots of dog walkers, families taking a stroll & a plethora of wildlife day & night. We do get snow. Elevation 2,733. We are right around the corner from the lower lake and amenities. *I m seeking a roommate who is honest, responsible, and clean. Someone accountable for their actions & has integrity. * I'm an introspective social introvert. Please don't take my aloofness personally. I am very friendly & can be sociable. I prefer to keep to myself & enjoy a quiet lifestyle around the homestead. I live a simple, frugal, & meaningful life. Good communication is a must. If you ever have any problems I'm always available to talk. * I'm in my 50;s, a recent g-parent, dIYer & a homebody. I also love to hike & explore. I learn something new everyday. Despite all the stuff listed here I'm a very laid back person with no drama in my life. I'm a very positive person and have a kind heart, I have many interests, too many to list. I live a healthy lifestyle. I do not eat processed foods or use toxic chemicals in or around my home. I do not smoke or drink. I do eat meat.
