All linens and towels are supplied. Included are: Refrigerator, microwave, espresso and cappuccino machine, gas BBQ, central A/C and ceiling fans in every room including the lanai. Great location in a well maintained neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, tennis, golf clubs, close to Sarasota airport and an hour from Tampa or Fort Myers Airports; 10 minute drive from beaches.
