Looking for someone to sublease my room in my apartment for me. April 20 - July 20Clear Run Apartments2 bedroom / 2 BathI have a roommate who is a female 24 , 7th grade math teacher and she has a cat that is pretty anti-social and gets along with dogs. My roommate is chill and usually keeps to herself (she's spends a lot of time sleeping and can sleep through anything so you don't have to worry about making noise) 420 friendly. You will have your own room , walk in closet and bathroom. I will leave my Queen Size bed (box frame and metal frame included) and Black dresser - 6 drawer dresser I won't need them anymore if you would like to keep them. Apartment Rent$887 / mo.so you will pay $443.50plus water and electric.Right now we have Wifi but its in my name so i will be disconnecting it and y'all can figure out what you wanna do. We decided to opt out on cable and went for a faster internet speed and pay $40/mo. for Wifi through Time Warner Cable.If you have pets this is ideal for you saying as I have already payed the pet deposit so pets are allowed in the apartment. Its a first floor apartment with uprgraded appliances and a screened in porch as well as energy efficient washer and dryers. You will have to apply through Clear Run to sublease. As well as I have to pay a $150 fee to remove my name from the lease. I will not charge you for half of Aprils rent if you are willing to pay the $150 fee to take my name off the lease. (can be nogiated if need be)I can give a tour or send pictures if requested.
