I urgently need someone to take over my lease for the months of October to July 2018. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a fairly quiet complex with 2 other people. There is a washer and dryer as well as all kitchen appliances included in the apartment and comes furnished. Cats, dogs, and other pets are allowed. The complex has many amenities such as a pool, gym, student center, and tanning beds, and the office frequently puts on pool parties and provides snacks like donuts, tacos, and pizza. Rent is $554 plus electricity every month, paid online. The rent includes a type of renters insurance through The Lodge office, trash, sewer, and water fees. I really enjoyed living at The Lodge, but unfortunately am having to move because of a family emergency. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
