Awesome quiet building and neighborhood located a few minutes off Route 59. No smoking and no pets please. There is a balcony and you can go out there or downstairs to smoke if you need to. Everything is new in my place. Granite counters etc. Plenty of storage in garage if needed. Parking in driveway and in outside lot as well. I'm asking 900 for the master and 750 for the smaller bedroom. That includes all utilities. Cable, water, electric, heat and gas etc. Laundry in the unit. First and last month rent required with a security deposit. Looking for someone that wants to stay at least a year if not more. Preferably a female but will consider a male.
