I need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, as I will not be able to move in this fall. The lease goes from August 4 through July 15th for this upcoming OSU school year, though you do not have to be attending OSU . The lease is for 1 bedroom 1 bath, in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. I will not be able to give anyone tours of the room as someone else is still currently living there, but I know two of the three girls and they will be great roommates. The apartment building is very nice, and have a pool, gym, and lounge on the rooftop. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer installed, a shower rod, and WiFi. There is security and maintenance on-site 24/7, so it's a safe environment. I believe animals are allowed, with a small added fee. You would need to disclose any animals to the landlord to ensure it will be allowed. The room comes fully furnished, with an additional $35 monthly charge. The monthly rent is $569.00 including utilities and electric. A female renter would be preferred as the rest of the roommates are girls.
