How Does the Mod Work?
The mod is a modification to the firmware of the Xbox 360 DVD drive. Basically it 'fools' the DVD drive into recognizing a backup game as an original.
Can I still use Xbox Live?
Yes, you can use Xbox Live with a modded console. Ensure that you are using the latest iXtreme 1.6 firmware (v1.51 for Hitachi) and properly patched games and you should be safe on Live.
Does it work with all games?
Yes, to date all games can be backed up to a dual layer DVD and played on the Xbox 360.
Will the Mod Work on my Version of XBox 360?
As of December 23rd 2008, all versions of Xbox 360 can now be modded. (Even the new 83850c Lite-on!)
What is the cost?
