URINE SPECIMEN COLLECTOR TRAINING COURSE price: $185 Professional Collector training prepares Collectors to conduct urine specimen collections in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Alcohol Testing Procedures Rule: 49 CFR Part 40. Urine Specimen Collector Training is a one-day 8 hour course. No prerequisites are required.
Urine Specimen Collector Course Description
This one-day certified accredited course covers the DOT urine collection procedures and the use of the DOT Custody and Control Form (CCF). Students perform five mock collections that meet the training requirements of the DOT regulations. Student materials are included. Topics include:
Overview of Drug Testing
DOT drug testing regulations
Chain of Custody Forms
Split Specimen Collection
Temperature Out of Range
Adulterated Specimens
Observed Collections
Shy Bladder Collection
Our professional instructor provides complete “face-to-face” performance-oriented, hands-on training. Classes include detailed instruction and comprehensive course reference materials that students take home. Instructor demonstrations and a step-by-step technique provide an understanding of the DOT collection requirements with an emphasis on ensuring the integrity of the collection process.

DOT- DRUG SCREEN INSTRUCTORS TRAINING COURSE Price: $375 Our full 8 hour day Collector Instructor course certifies students as Drug screen Instructors as well as a Professional Collectors. (DOT regulations require a Drug screen Instructor to also be trained as a Collector). Completion of our Collector Instructors course qualifies students to earn money training other staff members in their organization as Professional Collectors. Students learn the current DOT regulations for collecting split specimens. Students also complete the required mock collections that include temperature out of range, adulterated specimens, and shy bladder procedures. Students who successfully complete the practice collections and who successfully complete a written exam receive certificates as Professional Collectors and as Collector Instructors. Students completing our Collector Instructor course receive the following training materials:

· Instructor’s Manual including forms.
· Check lists review guide for completing mock collections.
· Participant exam and answer key.
· Print/edit Collector Certificates on CD & DOT Video steam link.
· A listing as an Instructor in our Database.
