Womens Self Defense Seminar

I am offering a Self Defense Seminar for Women and was wondering if anyone would be interested. One in three women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. The seminar will be open all to women ages 14 and older. All activities can be modified to physical limitations. We will be dealing with real life scenarios.The Seminar will included:
Asssult prevention
Geting out of grabs and holds from all positions
Striking techniques: how to do damage and get away fast
Weapon defense
* It will be a relaxed, fun environment where I will answer any specific questions that you may have. It's a chance for some of us women to get together and do something that makes a difference.
About me: I've been involved in the martial arts for over 15 years. I've taught karate to adults and children for about 5 years. I've participated in womens self defense and childrens danger awareness programs.
Seminar Times:
Tuesday Oct. 27th at 9:00 am and again at 6:00 pm
Wednesday Oct. 28th at 10:00 am
*If these times or dates don't work for you and you can get a few people together I can make special arrangements.
*I will be charging $10 a person for the time and money it will take( some equipment, paper handouts and copies) No woman should go with out self defense training if she can't afford it, if this is the case let me know and we can work something out.
