I am a 27 year old homeowner looking for a roommate. The home is located in Westlake Village and it is a 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom house, 2500 Sq Ft., Pool, Jacuzzi, Pool Table, Surround Sound (inside and out), Ping Pong Table, fully furnished (except the bedroom), granite counters, Big ass Plasma for Laker games, wireless cable internet, pretty much super nice!!!! I am looking to rent 1 of the 4 rooms cause the other two are already rented out. The house is off Westlake blvd and Bridgegate which is walking distance to the lake, bars, and some pretty insane restaurants. It is a 15 minute drive on Westlake over the hill to the beach!!! I am charging 850 + utilities. Since there are 3 full bathsâthere is a sink for each person but someone has to share a shower.
About meâ¦.SDSU graduate loves to have a good time. I work at a surf shop down the street called Val Surf. So I am there 5 days a week and home during the weeknights and out during the weekends. I love to surf, skate, and snowboard. I also have a golden lab that is awesome and will be in the pool probably more than anyone!
