10 minute drive or less to disney.

4+ Bedrooms (with at least 2 of them on a main floor if it's a 2 story home)
*Two of the bedrooms need to have 2 twin beds in them
2+ Bathrooms
A decent size pool with the expected table and chairs. Hot tub is not essential however a screen over the pool is.
All the normal things that come with a vacation rental like linens, towels, pots-pans..etc, decent size TV with cable and dvd player.
A bonus would be internet..but it's not a show stopper.

Let's face it...the economy stinks ....you need a renter, we need a rental...

We want to pay $700 inclusive of all taxes, cleaning fees - AND POOL HEAT. Please dont' tell me that because it's Easter week it's more...Electric & water companies don't charge more during this week - please don't even suggest that.

We are ready to immediately set up a deposit!!
