About Crosstown Stor-N-More Self Storage:

Crosstown Stor-N-More Self Storage Phase I opened in July 2008. This 154,000 Sq Ft, 7 acre, 1,100+ unit Self-Storage facility includes a 5,000 Sq Ft, 19 unit Executive Office Suite center and separate state-of-the-art, 24 hour Car Wash. Stor-N-More Self Storage was nominated “2009 Storage Facility of the Year!” Stor-N-More is family owned and operated and is the culmination of over 10 years of storage building and facilitation experience.

Phase II, which encompasses over 40,000 Sq Ft on the 3rd floor will be opening SOON. Stor-N-More is seeking an energetic B2B sales / Community liaison to represent Stor-N-More in the East Tampa area NOW.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· 100% outside Business to Business (B2B) cold calling sales visits
· Desire to succeed and make money
· Ability to “ask for the sale”
· Strong prospecting and territory management skills
· Excellent presentation skills including sales negotiations and closing techniques
· Ability to work independently
· Develop local business relationship with customers/ community
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
· Establish local community relationships
· Establishing new sales opportunities
· Cold calling
· Maintain accurate records and management reports
· Supporting achievement of location sales and margin goals by working closely with staff and Location Manager on assigned tasks and ad hoc duties or projects
· Attend local networking functions (lunches, activities, meet-n-greets, etc.)

Knowledge and Skills
· Self starter
· Self motivated
· Previous sales experience a plus
· Strong communication skills
· Proven, superior performance in all skill areas related to Business Development and Sales.
· Positive, Team-Oriented Attitude

Requirements:
· Must currently live in Brandon, Riverview or East Tampa area – no exceptions.
· A valid driver's license with record in good standing
· Reliable transportation and cell phone
· Professional appearance

Benefits:
· Commission + Draw up to $400 week
