Hey I'm a singer looking for a melodic prog/power and/or thrash metal band. I sing clean style vocals and my influences include Brainstorm, Symphorce, Adagio, Symphony X, Savatage, Megadeth, etc.

I spent about two and a half years singing for local Progressive/Thrash/Power Metal Act Eclipsed By Sanity. This was the first time I had ever sang for any kind of a band so if you go listen to the recordings, it was a very trial and error thing for me. I don't claim to be awesome on those recordings and I really don't expect you to be impressed, but I was the one doing the singing (the bassist did the growls). I would recommend listening to Blacken Born and Chaos V and probably disregard anything else on there as far as my vocals go.

I actually work at ProgPower USA every year as a stage hand and driver for bands. So that's pretty cool. I have killer connections and promotional opportunities through the festival as well as outside of the festival.

I've done guest vocals for a band called Eternal Hour until they could find a singer to fill the position. You can find them on myspace as well, but I'm not really sampled anywhere on their site. Its more of an experience thing. I did several shows with them and wrote some lyrics to a couple of their songs.

My current 'project' is a studio gig right now until we can ever find any members that are able to keep up with the 8-string guitar player I have been working with. This is what I refer to as 'my baby' and its called Knyghtsbane which you can find listen to our only song on the myspace http://www.myspace.com/knyghtsbane - I think I did a lot better on this recording than I did with any of the Eclipsed By Sanity stuff.

I've had well over 100 shows of experience in live performance and I come from an award-winning high school marching band background which adds to my performance experience and dedication to music. I'm not the greatest vocalist in the world. I'm not theory oriented, and I've never taken a lesson in my life. All I can do is try to come up with quality melodies and lyrics to the music I'm provided.

I am very professionally minded (if that makes any sense). I like to be organized as far as PR goes. Myspace organization, Quality Pictures/Photoshoot, Quality EP/CD art and packaging, etc.

I feel that I could add positive networking representation and professional, business-like organization and ideals to any project I come across that I am involved with.
