I'm looking for two roommates who are willing to live in my fixer home as I make repairs. The house is on D1/2 road just east of 32 road. Utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas, electric and Internet) are shared and will be due by the dates on the bills. Rent is due on the first of each month. I will personally help with move in (I can probably get friends with trucks to help). I frequently use my home for rehearsals with a church band (only two hours about once per week).
