Hello! Full-time UNF students seeking someone in a similar situation to fulfill the remainder of our lease. Our roommate graduates in December and will be moving, I am transferring schools, therefore the two rooms will be available on December 15th; rent will be $195 + half of utilities in December and $395 every other month. OUR LEASE ENDS JULY 31, 2010 - You must be willing to sign lease and stay till the lease ends. No move-in deposit is required but you will be required to pay an application fee of $40 (I believe) to sign the lease.

Just to give you some background~

-The rooms are both $395/month + utilities. They share a bathroom with eachother. (The utilities are electric, water, and comcast cable/internet. This should not be more than $100 extra per person.)
-Occupants are full time UNF student and her boyfriend. They share the master bedroom. You will not be sharing a bathroom with either of them.
-They do have a dog and a cat. They roam free around the apartment; the cat is a kitten, about 5 months old and dog is a german shepherd/lab about 4 months. **No more dogs, please. Cats are OK.**
-Occupants are quiet and keep to themselves. They do work and go to school.

Apartment complex is Thornton Park Apartments (www.thorntonparkapartments.com), it's maybe 2 years old or not even. Beautiful apartments and amenities; gym, 2 pools, indoor basketball court, movie theater, etc. The complex is very safe and secure; our apartment is on the first floor.
