We are two 20-something professional women seeking a responsible and respectful roommate. We live in a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apt. in Top Field Apartments (http://www.topfield.homeproperties.com) and are looking for someone to move into the third room. We are about 30 minutes from Baltimore and 10-15 minutes from the Towson University and Goucher campuses. Lease will be through May 2010. Your portion of a security deposit (I believe it is $133) and a $25 sign up fee is due to the leasing office when you sign on. The rent is $460 per month, plus your third of a basic Comcast package and BGE, so an estimated $600/month. We are looking for someone as early as mid-November, but can wait til mid-December.

There is plenty of closet room for storage, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer and dryer. You will be sharing a bathroom with me; I am pretty tidy and ask that you are too! The cable/internet is already hooked up in your room, and the apartment is already furnished, except for your room. There is plenty of parking in this safe, tucked-away apartment complex. We prefer non-smokers, but smokers are okay as long as there is no smoking in the house. We have two dogs- Sammy is a 60 lb. lab/retreiver/border collie mix and Bailey is a 4 lb. chihauhua/dachsund mix. They are both under a year but very well behaved! We are at our 2 pet max so cannot add anymore pets.
