For sale or trade I have a class C motorhome, year 2000 Four Winds, model 5000, 22 ft, with 58k miles, E350 Ford V10 Triton engine, sleeps 5, full bathroom and kitchen are both in rear, lots of storage, roof ac, furnace, generator, awning, all the goods.

There is a twin size bed (day bed) behind the driver's seat and a couch behind the passenger seat that folds down into a double bed. There is no dinette. Two more people can sleep over the cab, for a total of 5.

This RV is paid for and in great shape. All regular maintenance has been done and documented. Tires are a year and a half old. No smokers, no children, and no pets in the vehicle.

I've added some additional equipment: lightning rod for the water heater, four 6v batteries, 1800w inverter, tinted windows, cd player, remote entry. Floor is laminate in the main part of the RV and the floor in cab is rubber. There is no carpet anywhere.

If you have a van, I am looking for a real class B motorhome for about the same price. It must be a van with shower, flush toilet, fridge, sink, and bed. It must be clean and in good shape, low mileage, no smells, stains, tears, leaks, or rust. Must have a large fresh water tank, close to 30 gallons.

If you don't have a van but are interested in buying my rv, please email me so we can talk. Selling my RV will take some planning. Because I live and travel full time in the rv, I would need to make the arrangements to move into the new class B when I find it. So I need a buyer who will work with me.

I am actively looking for a class B but they're not that easy to find. As soon as I find it, I would need my buyer to be ready to complete the transaction, so that I can be able to pay for the class B when I do find it. That could be soon or it can take weeks, and that's why I would need a flexible buyer that would work with me. If you’re that buyer, give me a shout.
