John Marr Bobcat Service is a three generation family owned and operated business since 1990. We offer a wide variety of service from pulverize topsoil to specializing in the installation using bobcat and or wheelbarrows. All types of drainage work to yard renovation including stripping and hauling away of old existing grass and debris and replacing with sod and or seed. All our topsoil comes from our farm where it is pulverized. We have a variety of sizes of dump trucks to suit your job size needs. We offer compost, sand, gravel, mulch and much more! With a variety of machinery to get the job done the right, we pride ourselves on getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

Equipment: With our small backhoe we can get into many small tight quarters. We can also dig up hard to get out stumps. Where most people leave, we can dig up and haul off. We offer concrete debris removal. we have breakers for bobcat and mini excavator to break concrete up from sidewalks to patios to front stoops.

TOP SOIL - Bobcat or Wheelbarrow Distributed: Topsoil installation around the foundation to your house is the very key point to keep many thousands of dollars of struckual damage done to your house nearly all house at one time or the other will need topsoil installed. It is much cheaper to install soil around your foundation and stop the problem before it causes major water damage.

Sodding and Seeding: We offer 2 types of sod, turf type thin blade fescue and bluegrass sod. Our sod surface is well prepped prior to sodding. Proper yard drainage is done before the sod is installed. Our seeding is done with a broadcaster and is verticuted into the soil or hand raked or harrowed finish to achieve maximum growth potential.

French Drains: We offer different kinds of french drains and also down spouts buried to achieve proper water drainage away from the house and drainage solutions

Decorative Rock, Sand and Mulch Installed We offer many colors and types of mulch whether it be for your plants or Kansas and Missouri certified mulch for playgrounds
