PROJECT HELPERS is looking for several Territory Managers for the Greater Lansing market. If you are an energetic, outgoing person that enjoys meeting people- this is the perfect opportunity for you!The Territory Manager position is the core of our business. Each Territory Manager is responsible for generating appointments for our home improvment partner companies by canvassing targeted, desireable neighborhoods in the Greater Lansing area.
As you meet with each homeowner, you determine what "home" projects that they need to have completed. Once the project type is determined, you simply schedule a date & time for them to meet with one of our home improvement partners that specializes in their desired project type. You earn a base salary and a commission on every appointment that you set - it's really that easy!
As an added bonus, you will also be compensated for any additional appointments that are scheduled in your territory from our website, call center, or media advertising. This can become a great residual income as your territory is developed!

Home Improvement is forecasted to be a $440 BILLION Industry by 2020. As a Project Helpers Territory Manager you can ride this huge wave of opportunity. Nearly every homeowner has some type of home improvement project they need completed - it is your job to connect them with one of our partners that can complete this work for them.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school education or equivalent. Some sales or public contact experience is necessary.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Must be organized and able to work with minimum supervision, self-disciplined and self-motivated. Must be courteous, tactful, friendly, and possess a genuine enjoyment in meeting/talking with people. Professional appearance and excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Canvass assigned territory and make contact with each homeowner.
Schedule appointments with homeowners that have home projects.
Maintain individual sales activity and contact standards.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
Typical hours will be: Monday-Friday: 2pm-8pm Saturday: 9am-3pm
Average Earning Potential:
30,0000-50,000 annually.

Requirements
Ability to use PDA/ Handheld wireless equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Ability to work a full time schedule.
Ability to work outdoors and be on feet for extended periods of time.
