Our client, an innovative company in Silicon Valley, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of general corporate experience for an ongoing, full-time temporary project. The ideal candidate will have a broad-based business background and will have experience in the following areas: employment, IP, corporate governance, contract review and negotiation and SEC filings. In-house experience or large firm experience is preferred.
