6 Months Contract To Hire role in Lincolnshire, IL 60069

Local candidates and permanent residents only eligible for this role

Rate :- $20/Hr On W2 and $35K Annually

SKILLS :-

Proficient In: Remedy (or alternative tracking tool), CIC (or alternative phone system), Windows XP, MS Office 2007, Lotus Notes or Exchange, SAP, Active Directory, Citrix, remote access connectivity and SMS.
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Must Possess: Interpersonal, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Must be punctual and open to the possibility of working alternate shifts in a 24x7 call center environment. (Alternate shifts will not be required for the first 3 months).
