Job Description and Responsibilities (Training Provided):

To prepare complete accurate tax returns and deliver an excellent client experience. Introduce clients to H&R Block products.
Be a team player and lead by example.
Have the ability to multi task.

Training will be provided beginning in October or November.

Hours/Days/Schedule:

Variable hours- October 15 to April 15

Requirements:

-High School diploma or equivalent.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-The ability to effectively communicate in person.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-service environment a plus.
