As Tax Manager you will work closely with executive management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of tax administration including: planning, directing and completion of tax compliance and special projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Implementation of FIN 48 and FASB 109 on all corporate clients
•Be able to present and communicate at the executive level
•Manage tax tickler
•Development, mentoring, training, retaining and management of staff
•Review tax returns
•Responsible for running tax projects from start to finish
•Train and supervise other tax personnel
•Resolve tax related problems and make recommendations for process improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field
•Thorough knowledge of FIN 48 and FASB 109 regulations
•At least 5 years of current public accounting (tax) experience
•Previous supervisory experience
•Excellent time and project management skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms to enhance understanding
•Proficient in using technology to accomplish tasks and manage engagements
•Excellent client service skills
•Current CPA license
•Knowledge of ProSystems a plus
