This is a Sunquest 6 bulb tanning canopy. I bought it new in May 2008 and paid $1000. I have used it but not since May 2009. It still have it's first set of bulbs and they have about 500 hours on it.The bulbs are rated for 1,000 hours. Also, I have the instuctions for it. If you need more info. or pictures please email me.
